Unilateral Optic Disk Edema in a Patient Using Amiodarone; Papillophlebitis or Toxic Optic Neuropathy?

Papillophlebitis is a self limiting, pathologic condition which presents with unilateral optic disk edema and normal optic nerve functions. In this case report, we aimed to discuss the differential diagnosis of unilateral optic disk edema in a 66 year-old male who was taking 200 mg amiodarone daily due to atrial fi brillation.
