İzmir Atatürk Eğitim Hastanesi Göz Kliniği Nonhodgkin Lymphoma is a neoplasm which involves central nervous system, eye and visceral organs; occurs after middle age. Eye metastasis in lymphoma is very uncomman on the contrary to leukemias. Signs of ocular lymphoma are painless visual loss, anterior segment inflammation, vitritis, infiltration of the optic nerve head with malignant cells, multiple retina pigment epithelial detachment, retinal vasculitis, retinal necrosis and exudative retinal detachment. Our case is a 22 year old female, referred to our clinic because of visual loss in both eyes at the same time of an intestinal mass resection operation and hystopathologic examination with the diagnosis of lymphoma. Lymphoid cells in vitrectomy specimen and mass on abdominal tomography were observed. Cerebrospinal fluid examination and magnetic resonance imaging of central nervous system were normal. As a result of the investigations the patient was diagnosed as B cell lymphoma with visceral and ocular involvement and systemic chemotheraphy was administered. A good response to the therapy with regression of the intestinal mass and ocular findings was observed. As a conclusion, in this study, the importance of investigating for lymphoma in unknown uveitis and retinal vasculitis is emphasized. Keywords : Intraocular lymphoma, chemotherapy, nonhodgkin lymphoma
