Spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) findings of a case with Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome (VKH) have been presented. Healing process, the detailed SD-OCT and fundus fluorescein angiography findings of a 44 years old male patient with VKH in acute uveitis attack period are discussed. In fundus examination, a serous elevation of the macula, swelling of the papilla and multiple retinal pigment epithelial detachment (PED) were seen in the right eye. After the OCT test, PED was found to be in the left eye. Subretinal septas separating the subretinal space into the various sections were observed in OCT view in the right eye. Subretinal septas were completely resorbed after steroid therapy. In OCT, subretinal septas can be seen in patients with VKH. Due to resorption of subretinal septas with steroid, these changes can be considered to have inflammatory origin. Keywords : Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome, spectral domain optical coherence tomography
