Acute posterior multifocal placoid pigment epitheliopathy is a disease of young healthy adults which is usually presented with sudden visal loss or blurred vision unilaterally or bilaterally. Besides the presence of multiple yellow-white placoid lesions at outer retinal layers; disease is diagnosed by early hypofluorescence and late hyperfluorescence of these lesions at fundus fluorescein angiography. We hereby report a patient with acute posterior multifocal placoid pigment epitheliopathy and discuss the role of his optic coherence tomography and fundus autofluorescence imaging findings in the diagnosis of his disease. Keywords : Acute posterior multifocal placoid pigment epitheliopathy, fundus autofluorescence, optic coherence tomography
