Racemose Hemangioma with Macular Involvement

25 years old male patient admitted with complaint of progressive loss of vision in the left eye. Ophthalmoscopic examination revealed retinal vessels with increased calibration and tortuosity, extending from optic disc to macula over superior arcade of the left eye. After ophthalmoscopic examination, the patient evaluated with fundus florescein angiography and optical coherence tomography. Our case was racemose hemagioma, classified as type 3 arteriovenose malformation, has become symptomatic in second decade. Progressive loss of vision is considered to be as a result of racemose hemangioma with macular involvement. Keywords : Racemose hemangioma, arteriovenose malformation, Wyburn-Mason syndrome
