Pyogenic granuloma is a benign proliferative vascular tumor that may be seen at areas of intense vascularization due to chronic inflammatory reaction. It also can be seen due to surgical trauma and materials used during operation. For treatment, removal of surgical material and surgical excision of granuloma are mostly sufficient. In this paper, a patient with conjunctival granuloma following combined classical retinal detachment surgery and pars plana vitrectomy is presented. Keywords : Conjunctival granuloma, classical retinal detachment surgery, pars plana vitrectomy
