CentraTwo Cases of Secondary Frosted Branch Angiitis Characterized With Occlusive Vasculitis

Frosted branch angiitis is a clinical status; that's exact cause is unknown, leads to decreased vision and characterized with perivascular sheathing. Acute idiopathic (primary) form occurs as active phlebitis related to hypersensitivity reaction in young and healthy adults. In some cases, secondary form also occurs related to autoimmun disease or active vascular inflammation. Leukemia and lymphoma can masquerade by malignant cell infiltration of vessel wall. We report two cases complained blurred vision, have characteristic frosted branch appearence, positive viral serology and branch retinal vein occlusion.
