Acute posterior multifocal placoid pigment epitheliopathy (APMPPE) is a rare inflammatory chorioretinal disorder usually characterized with yellow-white placoid lesions at posterior pole. It is the disease of young healthy adults. The eyes are usually involved bilaterally, but second eye can become involved even after years. We hereby report a patient with APMPPE with his right eye became involved 10 years after the left eye and discuss the lesion characteristics and determination of lesion age based on fundus autofluorescence imaging. Keywords : Acute posterior multifocal placoid pigment epitheliopathy, fundus autofluorescence, optic coherence tomography
