Ocular siderosis, is a clinical definition that can result in severe visual loss in consequence of foreign bodies in the eye after penetrating injury to the eye with the toxic effects of iron content. Nowadays it is rarely seen due to improved diagnosis and surgical treatment methods. We aimed to report a case who refused to undergo a second operation for the removal of foreign body after the initial care for the penetrating eye trauma but later accepted a surgical intervention due to ocular siderosis in the second year. In this study we present the electrophysiological, histopathological and pharmacological findings of our case with ocular siderosis. Keywords : Penetrating injury, siderosis, electrophysiology
