Peripheral exudative hemorrhagic chorioretinopathy (PEHC) is a rare degenerative disorder of peripheral retina simulating choroidal melanoma and usually characterized by hemorrhages and exudation. It is predominantly the disease of elderly hypertensive women and usually regress spontaneously with a resultant fibrotic scar. Treatment is necessary if the disease is extending or involving the fovea. We hereby report a patient with PEHC involving the fovea, demonstrate two-year clinical course following intravitreal aflibercept injection and discuss treatment alternatives of this rare entity. Keywords : Afl ibercept, Optical coherence tomography, Peripheral exudative hemorrhagic chorioretinopathy
