İÜ Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fak. Göz Hast AD. 28 retinal detachment cases were treated with pneumatic retinopexy. ERG and VER tests were applied to the cases before treatment and at the 5., 15., and 30. minutes after treatment. Drops in the values due to increases in pressure and in 26 cases return of the values to their original measures at most at the 30 minute were observed. In two cases a portion of the gas bubble was aspirated because of central retinal artery occlusion. Loss in vision in spite of the artery's being open indicated in axoplasmic flow due to arise in pressure. Keywords : Retinal Detachment, Pneumatic Retinopexy, Complication, Erg, Ver
