Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Göz Hast. AD. We studied secondary glaucoma due to silicone oil tamponade after vitrectomy in 21 eyes of 21 patients. We investigated the possible mechanisms of intraocular pressure elevation after silicone tamponade and also evaluated the histopathological findings at the anterior chamber angle.
