1Gazi Üniv. Tıp Fak. Göz Hast. AD.2Gazi Üniv. Tıp Fak. Radyodiagnostik AD. Behçet's disease is a multisystemic disease which is characterized by oral mucosal aphteous lesions, genital ulcers and recurrent ocular inflammations. In cases with ocular involvement, florescein angiographic changes have been shown. In order to interprete hemodynamic and pathologic changes, we examined 4 patients with complete, 15 patients with incomplet, 1 patient with suspicious and 1 patient with probable Behçet's disease by color Doppler ultrasonography. In patients with ocular involvement, in central retinal artery and vein, lower maximum systolic blood flow velocity values have been found. Since this is a preliminary study, statistical significance has not been studied, only the results are given.
