DIAGNOSTIC APPROACH TO A CASE WITH OPHTALMOPLEGIA AND SUDDEN VISUAL LOSS

This is a case report of a probable orbital infarction syndrome causing total ophtalmoplegia asscociated with sudden visiual loss. The diffreential diagnosis of orbital apex syndromes and diagnostic approaches to such cases are discussed.
