Inraarterial chemotherapy has been preferred for the treatment of head and neck tumors as it has an advantage of delivering high concentration of chemotherapeutic agents into the tumor bed with fewer systemic toxic effects. In this study we present a case who was treated with Cisplatin through superficial temporal artery catheterization for the management of squamous cell carcinoma origination from the oral cavity and demonstrate ocular and orbital side effects.
