Visual acuities are improved in 10 eyes (67%), did not change in 4 eyes (27%) and decreased in one eye (6%). In one eye phythisis bulbi, has been developed with light, perception and in one other eye withaut light perception (13%).
Conclusıon: Combined phacoemulsification and pars plana vitrectomy in perforating-globe injuries accepted as a reliable and effective method and visual results one paraller to the severity of the ocular pathology.
