Central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) is characterized by idiopathic serous detachment of the sensory retina. Although several theories have been proposed to explain the mechanism the pathogenesis of CSC, it remains obscure. In all of these theories increased choroidal vascular permeability supposed to be the reason for serous detachment of the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE). The fundus flourescein angiography (FFA) findings are very important in diagnosis of CSC. Various patterns of dye leakage are seen. The most common ones are ink blot, smoke-stack. The unusual forms are inverse smoke stack, diffuse RPE leakage (ooze), RPE atrophic tracts. In our two cases FFA revealed an unusual finding, the diffuse RPE leakage (ooze). Keywords : Central serous chorioretinopathy, ooze
