Takayasu's disease is an inflammatory disease of the vascular system that mainly effects women of Far East. Common symptoms include headache, visual disturbances and syncope. Ocular signs and symptoms are present in 60 % of these patients. These ocular signs are microaneursym formation, retinal arteriovenous anastomoses, vitreous hemorrhage and proliferative retinopathy. In this report, we present a 50 year-old man with Takayasu's disease. Keywords : Takaysu's disease, Branch retinal vein occlusion.
