A 36-year-old woman was admitted to our clinic with blurred vision. On fundus examination, an amelanotic lesion was found in her left eye. The lesion was diagnosed as a metastatic choroidal tumor.
The systemic examination showed multiple metastatic tumors in different parts of her body but the primary focus was not found.
This case report emphasizes the importance of careful fundus examination for the early diagnosis of many systemic diseases.
Keywords : Choroid metastasis, amelanotic case
